Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment at Foundations Aesthetics, a deposit of 25% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE ! Your deposit will go towards total cost of your service. The remainder cost amount is due upon completion of service. We understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. All clients receive a 15 min grace period. After grace period, and new appointment must be rescheduled. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done on the booking site. In the event of a No Show , rebooking will not be available. If appointment is canceled after 24hr grace period , a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to card on file . This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
